Excellent GRESB Rating for ELL in 2026!

The planet is burning. This summer was a powerful reminder of where the reckless consumption of resources is leading humanity. As a successful company, we at ELL have responsibility to align our strategy and operations with sustainable principles. Just as our commercial business objectives are guided by rigorous criteria, so too is our sustainability strategy. Ratings provide us with the benchmarks we need.

We are pleased to have taken another important step forward this year: In this year’s GRESB rating, we achieved 4 out of 5 stars and a score of 98.3 out of 100 — another improvement compared with the previous year. GRESB is an international ESG benchmark for infrastructure and other real assets. I would like to thank my colleagues whose daily, conscientious actions made this result possible — and our shareholders and stakeholders, who continue to support us so consistently on this journey.
